HOW MANY SHIRTS CAN I PRINT?
-Our mimimum is 24 UNITS, anything under will be upcharged, depending on number of colors. We can print large runs as well.

CAN I MIX COLOR OF SHIRTS AND SIZES?
-Yes, Please note 2xl and up require upcharge of $1 per up size.

CAN I CHANGE INK COLORS?
-Yes, color changes are $5 per color over 100 units $10 per color under 100 units.

HOW MANY COLORS CAN YOU PRINT?
-We can print up to 8 colors.

WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRINT SIZES?
-STANDARD PALLETS ARE 15"X17" / 17''X21'' (OVERSIZED ARE 19''X30'') (SLEEVES ACTUAL PRINT SIZE 3.5"X15")

WHAT ART FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT?
-We preffer vector based files .cdr and .ai or pdf, we also can accept raster based programs or files, please see artwork section.

WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
-7-10 business days, after artwork and 50% deposit is recieved. Most the time we get jobs done quick. We do rush orders as well.

HOW DO I PAY?
-We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) Checks or Certified M.O, and Cash. Orders are 50% down and 50% upon finish.

CAN I PICK SHIRTS UP?
-Absolutely, feel free to come down and meet us in person, and save some shipping.

WHAT ARE SCREEN FEES?
-Screen fees are a one time fee if you order the minimum of 24 units. This is simply to cover costs of films, emulsion, set up times. Our screen fees are low in cost. If you order 100 units, we waive 1 screen. Regular screens $15 per color, Oversized $25 per color.

DO YOU EMBROIDER?
-Our embroidery is not done in house, but we have hands on streamlining of any project. We always offer free sew outs for approval. Sometimes a digitizing fee will apply, depending on the artwork. Most cases we try not to charge for that.

DO YOU DO GRAPHIC DESIGN?
-Typically we make your artwork print ready. On occasion we design something for a client or build or re-build something. Most art charges if any start at $25 per hour. Corporate identity is not our main focus, but if you need very intense graphic design or corporate identity, let us know and we can point you in the right direction.

WHAT DO YOU PRINT ON?
-We typically print on garments, tee shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, some hats, etc. We can also print on card stocks for posters and hang tags also vinyl stickers.
